Application Form For HIPC Accredited Membership of Gestalt Psychotherapy and Training Institute (GPTI)

General information and guidance:

This form and procedure are for applicants who are applying to become HIPC accredited members of GPTI and thereafter UKCP (there is currently no path to APL through PCIPC)
You must complete all the questions. Where not relevant put n/a.
The application fee of £80 for this procedure covers the costs of processing this application and potentially arranging an interview.
There is a separate membership fee for GPTI and UKCP if you are successful and wish to join either. This information is available from admin@gpti.org.uk.
The procedure can take some time depending on the correct information and evidence being provided, and the availability of the assessment panel.
Documents must be submitted in Word (.docx), PDF, JPG or PNG format so they can be viewed.
If you are applying from outside the UK and your evidence certificates are not in English, you will need to get the information translated into English
